We will confirm the appointment time based on technician availability and glass inventory.

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments due to weather, parts delays, or safety concerns.


3. Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary based on vehicle make/model, type of glass, and service location.

Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, card, or approved insurance claims.


4. Insurance Claims

If using insurance:

You are responsible for ensuring your coverage is valid.

We can assist with documentation, but the insurance provider has final approval.

Any uncovered amounts are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Warranty

We provide a warranty on workmanship for auto glass installations.
Warranty covers:

Air leaks

Water leaks

Installation defects

Warranty does not cover:

New damage after installation

Chips, cracks, or structural damage caused by impact

Issues caused by improper care or modifications

Ensure the technician has safe access to the vehicle

Follow post-installation safety guidelines, including safe-drive-away times

8. Cancellations

Damage caused by rust, aftermarket modifications, or weakened frames

Losses resulting from delays, parts shortages, or service rescheduling

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
